Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched from warehouses in the UK for and on behalf of Everyday Quiet.

UK shipping

We currently ship within the UK (excluding Northern Ireland). Standard delivery is £3.99, with orders typically arriving within 3–7 business days. Enjoy free shipping on orders over £50.

Order processing

We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

During busy periods or seasonal events, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Tracking your order

As soon as your package is dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number.

Returns overview

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a refund. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened essential oils, incense or aromatherapy products, candles that have been lit, fragrances that have been used, personalised or custom-made items, or sale and clearance items (unless they are faulty).
